Our premixes and feed additives are produced in a 10,000 m² facility. This page shows the production floor as it is: the bagging line, palletised stock and loads prepared for export.

Production workflow
From raw material to dispatch
Premix production follows a fixed order of steps. Each step affects the quality of the finished product.
- 01
Raw material intake
Vitamins, mineral sources, additives and carriers are received and prepared for production.
- 02
Weighing & dosing
Each ingredient is weighed according to the formulation. Micro-ingredients are dosed in small, precise amounts.
- 03
Mixing
Ingredients are blended into a uniform premix so that every portion carries the same composition.
- 04
Bagging
The finished premix is filled into branded, sealed bags at the bagging station.
- 05
Palletising & storage
Bags are stacked on pallets and stored in the warehouse until dispatch.
- 06
Dispatch
Pallets are stretch-wrapped and edge-protected for transport to customers in our export markets.
Packaging & logistics
Prepared for international transport
We supply customers in 13 countries, so our loads are packed for long journeys. Premixes are filled into branded woven bags and stacked on pallets. For transport, pallets are stretch-wrapped and protected with edge guards.
